Refund and Returns
Delivery
We delivery every day from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Our cut of time is 2pm, if the order is placed before this time we will ship it on the same day.
We post all orders free of cost within the UK regardless of their value. We deliver between 1 and 3 days within the UK.
International Delivery
The shipping cost to all countries other than the UK is £6.5 and our estimated delivery time is between 5 and 14 working days.
Return
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a full refund. However, there are a few rules we ask you to adhere to.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Some of our products are non returnable/refundable like shaving razors and shaving razor blades due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
